TechScale Inc. is a rapidly scaling Series B SaaS platform serving 2,000+ enterprise customers. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our core platform team.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews
Collaborate with product and design to ship delightful user experiences
Own reliability, performance, and scalability of your services

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful API design
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
Track record of shipping impactful features at scale
